Terms and Conditions for Online Registration

  1. Registration will be accepted thru our website (www.prexnapps.org) by accessing the On-line Registration Form section. Registration will be deemed valid only when bank payment has been done and the respective bank deposit slip and list of convention attendees have been sent thru email to register@prexnapps.org. If in case no email is available, please fax the deposit slip to (02)9850174 and kindly include an information sheet with the following details: name of parish, address, diocese or archdiocese, name of parish PREX Chaircouple or SPOC (single point of contact) together with contact number and email address and the names of all participants which should tally with the amount deposited or paid in the bank.
  2. A "Registration Confirmation Slip" will be issued by the website to acknowledge acceptance of registration. You are required to download and print the slip. Please bring the slip during the convention to claim your convention kit and ID. In case your registration was sent in thru fax, your registration confirmation slip will be sent thru the email address of your parish PREX Chaircouple or SPOC.
  3. Your Convention Kit and Pre-printed ID will be readied in advance once registration and payment has been confirmed and verified. Just present the Registration Confirmation slip to the Registration area and a designated kuya/ate will assist you.
  4. Registration and bank payments must be made on or before February 4, 2017. Bank payments made after this date will be considered as on-site registration. Hence, it will follow the normal registration procedure.

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. On-site registration will be available at the convention on February 10, 2017 at 7:00 AM.
